Taleemist.com successfully organized a 2-day hands-on workshop titled “Smart PLS for Smart Analysis” on 25–26 October 2025, focusing on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS software. The workshop aimed to bridge the gap between research theory and data analysis, equipping participants with practical and publication-oriented analytical skills.

The workshop brought together MPhil and PhD scholars, early-career researchers, and faculty members from diverse academic disciplines. Over two intensive days, participants were introduced to the conceptual foundations of SEM, key differences between PLS-SEM and CB-SEM, and the practical development of measurement and structural models.

The training covered essential components of SEM, including reliability and validity assessment, structural model evaluation, mediation and moderation analysis, bootstrapping techniques, and reporting SEM results in APA format. The sessions were highly interactive and hands-on, allowing participants to work directly with datasets under expert guidance.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants shared positive feedback regarding the structured delivery, practical focus, and research relevance of the training. E-Certificates of Participation were awarded to all participants who successfully completed the workshop.
