1. Overview
We want you to be confident in your decision to learn with us. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what to expect if we need to reschedule or cancel a program. It applies to all paid courses, workshops, and fellowship programs purchased through this website.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of offering and how much time has passed since your purchase or the program start date.
2. Courses & Workshops
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the course or workshop has not yet started and you have not completed more than a minimal portion of the content.
Full refund: requested within 7 days and before the start date
Partial refund: before the second session of a live workshop
No refund: after 7 days or once substantial content is accessed
Self-paced courses: refundable only if under 20% completed
3. Fellowships & Programs
Fellowship and multi-month programs involve cohort planning and reserved seats, so different terms apply:
Application and assessment fees are non-refundable.
Program fees are fully refundable up to 14 days before the cohort start date.
After the cohort begins, fees may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion, less any non-recoverable costs.
Scholarship or subsidised seats are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:

Digital certificates that have already been issued
Downloadable materials that have been accessed
Purchases made with a promotional or discount code marked final sale
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order reference and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional details to verify your purchase.
Include the email address used at the time of purchase.
Include the course, workshop, or program name.
Submit the request within the eligibility window above.
6. Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
7. Cancellations or Changes by Taleemist
If we cancel a course, workshop, or program, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
If a session is rescheduled and the new time does not work for you, you may request a full refund for the affected program.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and apply to purchases made after that date.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
